What is the Elevate & Embody 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training?

This program is a comprehensive, advanced-level training designed to take your teaching to new heights. It blends immersive weekend deep dives and interactive Monday night cohorts to provide you with the skills, confidence, and tools to refine your teaching, explore advanced techniques, and create meaningful, inclusive yoga experiences.

Are scholarships available?

Yes! We are excited to offer a limited number of scholarships to support staff, yoga teachers, and community members who are passionate about advancing their yoga education but need financial assistance. These scholarships cover the cost of participation in a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training module.

Can I take modules individually without committing to the whole program?

Yes! Weekend modules and Monday night tracks are available for standalone registration if you want to focus on specific topics.

What is the Seva project?

The Seva (selfless service) project is a community-based initiative where you’ll volunteer your time to offer yoga or wellness services. This is a chance to give back, apply what you’ve learned, and reflect on how yoga impacts diverse communities.

Who are the instructors?

Tiffany Asha, ERYT 500, and a team of experienced teachers specializing in various disciplines, from sound healing to trauma-informed yoga, co-lead the program.

Can I start the program at any time?

Our training is designed to follow a year-long cycle starting in January. We recommend beginning in January to follow the full sequence of offerings, BUT the journey begins when you are ready! Join us when the time is right for you!

Are payment plans available?

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans through Shopify to make the training accessible.

Is this training Yoga Alliance certified?
  • Yes! The Elevate & Embody 300-Hour Advanced YTT is Yoga Alliance certified, which means you can use these hours toward your RYT-500 certification.

Are there any prerequisites?

If you are a yoga teacher, you must have completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training program and hold a certification to enroll.

If you are a yoga student looking to deepen your knowledge, just sign up!

Do I have to attend both weekends and Monday nights?
  • No! You have the flexibility to attend either weekends, Monday nights, or both, depending on your schedule.

How long does the program take to complete?

The program is designed to be completed in one year, but take your time! However, with the flexibility to mix and match weekends and Monday nights, you can pace yourself based on your schedule. To graduate, you must complete 270 in-person hours. The final 30 hours involve a mentorship session, a seva (community service) project, and a reflection essay.

How is the program structured?

The program is flexible and designed to fit your schedule:

  • Weekend Modules: Two full days (16 CEU hours) once a month, focused on a specific theme or practice, 9 am-5 pm.
  • Monday Night Cohorts: Four 3-hour evening workshops (12 CEU hours) each month, with hands-on, practical application of weekend concepts, 6 pm-9 pm.
