I have always had a love for about almost everything involving fitness and wellness. Over seven years ago, I turned to yoga for physical healing after a neck injury. What I found was the power of yoga and it’s healing effects both physically and emotionally. I was so inspired by my experience, that I wanted to share my findings with others. I am passionate about yoga and all of its many facets, so I am constantly alternating between teacher and student. I received my 200-hour teaching certification and I am now in the midst of finishing my 500-hour certification. The knowledge that has been passed on to me helps me empower my students as well as uncover my own true potential. Students can expect a challenging yet accessible class with creative sequencing and a focus on core strength, while still allowing plenty of space for fun and organic movement. I strive to create a blissful environment where students can feel safe, empowered, and connected. When I’m not teaching, I am a proud mama bear to my beautiful, amazing little girl.
