Noel found yoga while living in Colorado. Yoga helped her find balance and a focus on health in her mental and physical state that had previously seemed out of reach. She soon after completed her 200 hr certification. She moved to Austin in 2015 where she discovered a love for yin yoga and the art of slowing down. She completed continuing education for yin yoga and is now on her journey to complete her 300 hr. Certification. Her love for all styles of yoga allows her flows to be balanced and tempered to fit the needs of her students. She has a playful approach and a deep appreciation for music in her classes.
