We get to choose how we interpret life in every moment. From one inhale to one exhale, we have the power to see the world in any light. Practicing yoga reminds us we have that power. It reminds us of our ability to see life through the eyes of love. When we move in connection with breath we develop connections to peace and happiness. Along my path I have studied Ashtanga, Kundalini, Bikram, and Vinyasa…all different expressions of Hatha Yoga. Different perspectives on how to move your body; the precious gift we call home. I have a BA in Psychology from St. Edward’s University, over 700 hours of yoga teacher training, and continue to learn and grow as a student of life. I am honored to be the Director of Yoga Teacher Training for Black Swan Yoga. I am a 500hr RYT with special focus on Prenatal, Restorative, and Ashtanga Yoga.
