Hi, y’all! My yoga journey started with walking into a heated flow class with my dad over fifteen years ago. We had no idea what we were in for, nor what we were doing throughout the class, but we both left wanting MORE. A lifelong love affair with yoga was born. Since then I have practiced nearly every style of yoga and earned my 200hr RYT certification, specializing in Vinyasa and Pre/Postnatal Yoga. I strongly believe in the power of yoga to make real changes in your body, your heart, and your life. As a runner and general exercise enthusiast, I know how to use yoga to complement a strong workout routine. Yoga can help you gain strength, improve flexibility, develop mental endurance, and aid in rest and recovery. As a parent, I know how to use yoga to find calm within the storm. As a human, I know that yoga is some of the best self care that you can practice. I teach powerful flow classes that challenge the body and nourish the heart. Expect to flow, sweat, have fun, and leave class feeling amazing. I have a BA in Anthropology and History from Texas State University and I have a passion for learning about other cultures. When not on my mat, I can be found reading, baking, running, swimming, gardening, getting tattoed, and loving life in ATX with my husband and three children. I live for a good playlist and I'm known to bring freshly baked cookies to class for my students. I believe that everybody deserves yoga. I can’t wait to share it with you!
