I believe that Yoga, like life, is an ongoing journey and I love seeing it unfold every day! Yoga inspires tapas (inner fire), strength, curiosity, fun, vulnerability, and balance to my life and it has helped me push through Depression, Bulimia, and Drug Addiction. I first stepped into a Bikram Yoga class in 2002 and haven't looked back, over the years studying with a variety of teachers and styles including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, CardioYoga, Kundalini Dance, and Meditation. I felt called to get my 200hr RYT in Traditional Hatha Yoga in India to learn this ancient wisdom from the Masters! My classes are fun, uplifting, and definitely a physical challenge! With a light and supportive energy, I encourage you to push beyond your comfort zone to find the bliss that lies on the other side of the effort, the radiance that results as Prana moves through every cell of the body. I incorporate Yogic philosophy, short meditations, and Pranayama breathing techniques into my class, aiming to bring a fuller understanding of the many Yogic limbs so as to continually evolve and expand on and off the mat.
