I first turned to yoga in 2008 and it sparked a light and awakened level of consciousness in me that I had never felt before. Yoga challenged my body, mind and spirit. It created a sense of peace that connected me to a greater force and courage within.

I completed my RYT 200 training in at Black Swan Yoga in 2012, and continued my training with an Advanced Teacher Training at Dharma Yoga. Teacher training deepened my practice and allows me to share this powerful practice to other people. My goal is to help make my students aware of how yoga can transform not only your body, but also your life by shifting your perspective and your mind.
