I was introduced to yoga in 2010, but didn't revisit it again until 2015 when I joined ClassPass. I fell deeply in love with the practice and couldn't get enough of it! Yoga has helped me find my true self and led to a stronger body, a more peaceful spirit (most of the time!), and a more positive outlook on life. I am passionate about sharing this incredible, life-changing journey with my students in an environment that encourages self-love, patience, and compassion.
