Christine began her journey with yoga back in high school, growing up in northern California taking classes here and there even through college. Yet, it wasn’t until she moved to Austin when her practice became consistent and a tool to help her balance her energy and focus. Christine’s philosophy is focused around balancing strength and flexibility, and yet keeping yoga accessible and helpful for all. She loves to offer modifications/ options and focusing on the deeper intentions of practice. Passionate about sharing her love of yoga and all of its facets.
