I was initially introduced to yoga in 2013 in my hometown of New Orleans. It wasn’t until I moved to Texas and attended a class at Black Swan Yoga in 2015 that I became hooked. Yoga quickly became a place for me to explore my practice and forget about any worries or fears. A few years later, I decided to dive deeper into my yoga practice by completing my 200 hour yoga teacher training with Black Swan in Austin. I am humbled and excited to be a part of the teaching team of the studio that first welcomed me in. I believe yoga is for everyone, and I love being able to share this passion with others. As a teacher, I offer a welcoming space for students of all skill levels to move and breathe freely with intention.
