Allison Hardman has been practicing yoga since 2015. She is a single mother of two teenage boys, and has a background as a competitive gymnastics coach. She currently works in the Health and Wellness Industry, as well as professional cleaning and home organizing. After an abusive marriage, painful divorce and passing of her father, she found a comfort and peace in the art of Yoga. After years of practicing at home and finding a strength and confidence in herself, Allison knew she had to become certified and share the healing of yoga with as many people as she could. This decision led her to BSYTT where she completed her 200hr in March of 2019. After falling in love with the community of yoga Austin has to offer, Allison made the move to Austin shortly after completing her training. Since then Allison has been teaching at The Hutto Yoga Room. Allison loves to travel, hike, run and be out in nature as much as her schedule allows. If the sun is shining you’ll most likely find her on the trails of Austin. Allison brings a gentle, yet strong flow with a passion for Yin Yoga. Encouraging her students to relax, while also building the core muscles for a strong, healthy body. Her passion is encouraging and empowering others to find their strength within and letting go of any fears, or situations holding them back from their highest self. She is honored to be bringing her passion and light to all that join her classes.
