I found Yoga at age 18, a practice that started with curiosity and excitement for trying a new “workout” soon became my lifestyle. After suddenly losing my dad at a young age, I found myself on a soul searching journey. I fought to find a deeper connection with the Universe. I soon realized that Yoga was what I was longing for: a practice that teaches me to be present, heal my past, and love myself. Strengthened by my practice, I continued my Yoga journey. My classes skillfully blend meditation & mindfulness elements with asana practice. You will experience a juicy flow combined with intuitive breath work that will allow you to get into your body and out of your mind. During our time on the mat together you will find new ways to deepen your yoga practice on and off the mat in order to further your journey towards awareness, mindfulness, and harmony.
