Restorative Yoga Workshop
Restorative Yoga is practice to soothe the nervous system, eliminate stress, and rejuvenate the body. The practice is passive, meaning you are supported by props and are not asked to omit any physical exertion. Judith Hanson Laster, PhD, the Mother of modern day Restorative Yoga says the practice it not just about stretching, but about opening.
Come to this 1.5 hour restorative workshop at Black Swan Yoga Anderson for a community connected opportunity to relax and let go of holiday stress. The body and mind need more time to restore; especially during the introspective seasons of Fall and Winter.
Madilyn and Christine will be guiding you through this calming, wonderful practice. Both are certified Restorative Yoga teachers and hold status at the RYT 500 level.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat! All props will be provided. Due to limited space in BSY Anderson’s Studio 2, this event can only accommodate 25 people.
Please sign up online before the event.
