Our 200hr Yoga Alliance Registered Training covers:

  • Alignment, Sanskrit, physical benefits, and how to teach yoga with an emphasis on Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga
  • Practicing and teaching meditation and pranayama (breath work)
  • Anatomy and physiology of yoga poses
  • History, philosophy, and lifestyle of yoga
  • The chakra system in relation to psychology
  • Hands on assisting and adjusting
  • Business, marketing and ethics of being a yoga teacher
  • Introduction to prenatal and postnatal yoga
  • Introduction to advanced asana
  • Introduction to restorative yoga
  • Introduction to yin yoga

Meet Our Teacher Trainers

Madilyn Chen, E-RYT 500, P-RYT is the Director of Yoga Teacher Training! She is certified in Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga with advanced studies in Ashtanga, Restorative, Prenatal, Meditation, Pranayama, Anatomy, and more. She is known for her light hearted laughter and intuitive connection with her students. Madilyn is a Pieces who enjoys long, spiritual discussions with her partner Kevin, traveling to experience culture and community, and cultivating open hearted connections.

Patsy Springer, E-RYT 200 is certified in Hatha and Vinyasa flow yoga and has been teaching since 2006. She has advanced studies of Yin, sequencing, and the Chakras. She teaches with an emphasis on powerful, playful sequences and is known for her empowering, dreamy flows that make you sweat, smile, cry, and give thanks for the beautiful journey of life. Patsy is a Leo, a mama to lots of furry friends, is a friend to all, and enjoys tapping into her creative side while painting or at her partner Chad’s concerts!

Bridgid Bibbens I discovered the transformational power of yoga in 2005, when I entered a hot power yoga studio in Boston hoping to find a form of exercise that would firm up my wobbly bits without having to go to a gym. While I certainly did lean out and tone up my frame, the true benefits of yoga went so much deeper than that. I discovered that yoga is the best doctor, therapist, and personal trainer I could possibly have.

Sean Riley I believe in the healing powers of movement. I want to share this with my students as we grow together, as they become my teachers. Yoga helps me to find my breath, and the space in between the moments. An authentic practice is central to my sanity and helps me to fully experience the people and things around me.
