Yoga means to yoke, or union, and I have found this truth on my mat, in my practice. This union is what brings me back to my mat, day after day, year after year. My desire as a teacher is to create an environment that allows for you to find a connection with your breath, your body, your mind, your spirit, and to our yoga community. My classes are challenging - you might see some unique asana and find yourself trying new things. And at the same time lightness and playfulness are encouraged. You will have room to enjoy your practice and the freedom to take yourself less seriously, and you will leave with a radiant yoga glow!
